Presentation – Behavior-Based Interviewing Oct. 25, 2011 GO! Network

Sample Behavior Based Interview Worksheet

With all the effort you put into getting an interview with a target employer, you don’t want to be stressed out or intimidated when the time finally comes. Many of today’s employers use behavior-based interview questions because they feel past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior.

They may say, “Tell me about a time when you failed at something.” Or, “Tell me how you previously dealt with a difficult co-worker.” Instead of stressing out, these are perfect opportunities to tell your success stories. Come find out how at our next GO! Network session.

Join us October 25th for “Showing your best behavior in behavior-based interviews” with Stephanie Auping of Return on Talent Investment, LLC. and learn how to reveal your career successes during stressful behavior-based interviews.
