<p>Kelly  IT Resources has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a well rounded  Programmer Analyst with experience using a variety of programming  languages.  Candidates must have extensive experience in the .NET  framework.</p>
<p>The  Programmer Analyst role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and  maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of  business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and  analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst  will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications  throughout the production life cycle.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span></p>
<p>- Collaborate with software development teams in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications.<br />
- Collaborate with IT teams to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.<br />
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.<br />
-  Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software  business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a  project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and  departments. - Interact with vendors for efficient implementation of new software  products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> Position Requirements</span></p>
<p>- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering<br />
- 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.<br />
- Proficiency in a variety  of programming languages, including Java, PHP, .Net, HTML, HTML5, Perl,  CSS, CSS3, bash, csh, ksh, SQL., Groovy, and Ruby.<br />

<p>Responsibilities:  This role will be a member of the team responsible for executing  technical security controls to protect Express Scripts&#8217; network and IT  infrastructure. This role will identify, evaluate, and remediate  potential security weaknesses in ESI&#8217;s systems in coordination with  technologists throughout the company. Also:</p>
<p>. Drive  adoption of vulnerability management across the enterprise via  vulnerability assessments, data analytics, and coordination with IT  execution teams.</p>
<p>. Develop security solutions to protect ESI&#8217;s  network and infrastructure, including advancement of network intrusions  detection/prevention, firewall configuration management, and others.</p>
<p>. Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies</p>
<p>.  Partner with teams throughout the Company to develop pragmatic  solutions that achieve business requirements while maintaining an  acceptable level of risk</p>
<p>. Maintain an understanding of the Internet threat  environment and how it affects the company and keep knowledge and skills  current with the rapidly changing threat landscape</p>
<p>Technical Skills: This role  requires both technical and soft skills, requiring at least 3 years of  experience executing in security operations, vulnerability assessments,  or technical security controls. The following technical skills are  required:</p>
<p>. Windows and/or Linux operating system security fundamentals</p>
<p>. Network and server assessment tools (e.g. Nessus, metasploit, nmap, nikto, etc.)</p>
<p>. Understanding of core Internet protocols (e.g. DNS, HTTP, TCP, UDP, TLS, IPSEC)</p>
<p>. Understanding of encryption fundamentals (symmetric/asymmetric, ECB/CBC operations, AES, etc.)</p>
<p>. Experience with either compiled or interpreted code in one or more of the following: Java, Ruby, C/C++, Perl or Python</p>
<p>Non-technical skills: Success in this role will require engagement with  other IT teams to ensure security is represented throughout IT. It  requires a Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent, time management skills, and  the ability to communicate effectively with peers and associated IT  teams. Oldcastle is searching for an AP Specialist to work in a high volume,  strict deadline environment.  The successful candidate will possess high  attention to detail, and strong follow up skills.  This position will  support the Accounting function in areas such as A/P, month end, and  general accounting.  This position will provide support through document  retrieval, analysis, and research.  Other duties include:</p>
<p>* Verify and post details of business transactions to ledgers.   Code data for input to financial data processing system according to  company procedures.<br />
* Administer invoice and delivery system, accounts payable files.<br />
* Prepare, review and set up all requests for new vendors.<br />
* Audit freight bills against freight manifests.<br />
* Complete credit applications and sales tax exemption certificates as required by vendors.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> Requirements</span><br />
* Associate&#8217;s degree or equivalent from a two year college; or equivalent in years of related experience or training.<br />
* 1 to 2 years previous accounting experience preferred.<br />
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.<br />
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, sales and use tax, percentages, and volume.<br />
* Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook</p>

- Checks and inputs COBRA activity daily, creating &amp; mailing enrollment and rejection letters when needed.<br />
- Creates, prints and posts contribution listings for all COBRA accounts based on companies’ activity.<br />
- Track and produce all COBRA reports for the client and the brokers.<br />
- Set up all new companies in Travis software with benefits and participants, as well as the daily and weekly processing of all clients.<br />
- Enter all data and monitor all transactions for the Travis COBRA software.<br />
- Creates new COBRA schedules as needed<br />
- Inputs elections of COBRA<br />
- Answers incoming calls, handling questions on COBRA, or transfers to appropriate person.</p>
